- Daun koriander untuk hiasan
Petunjuk:
- Panaskan minyak zaitun di atas api sedang.
- Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga layu.
- Tambahkan paprika dan tomat, aduk rata dan masak selama 2-3 menit.
- Tambahkan nasi putih, kacang hitam, jagung, garam, merica bubuk, paprika bubuk, dan biji ketumbar bubuk. Aduk rata dan masak selama 4-5 menit hingga bumbu meresap ke dalam nasi dan sayuran.
- Siram dengan jus lemon saat akan dihidangkan.
- Hias dengan daun koriander.
