Halo semua, hari ini saya ingin membagikan resep Thai Red Curry Paste yang pastinya enak banget. Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan tidak sulit dicari dan mudah diolah. Yuk, simak berikut bahan resep dan petunjuknya!
Thai Red Curry Paste
Bahan-bahan:
- 7 buah Cabai Merah Keriting
- 5 buah Cabe Rawit Merah
- 2 buah Serai, memarkan
- 1 cm Jahe
- 2 cm Kunyit
- 5 siung Bawang Putih
- 10 Butir Bawang Merah
- 1 sendok teh Garam
- 1 sendok makan Minyak Sayur
- 1 Sendok Makan Minyak Zaitun
- 2 sendok makan Air Asam Jawa atau Air Jeruk Nipis
- 1 sendok teh Gula Pasir
Petunjuk:
- Cuci bersih cabai dan buang bijinya. Potong-potong cabai agar mudah dihaluskan.
- Panaskan minyak sayur dan minyak zaitun. Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, serai, jahe, dan kunyit. Tumis hingga harum.
- Masukkan cabai yang sudah dipotong dan aduk rata.
- Tambahkan gula pasir dan garam. Aduk rata dan masak hingga cabai menjadi layu.
- Matikan api dan tunggu sampai dingin.
- Siapkan blender dan haluskan campuran bumbu hingga terbakar.
- Tambahkan air asam jawa atau air jeruk nipis (sesuai selera). Haluskan kembali hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.
- Simpan pasta cabai di dalam wadah kedap udara dan simpan di kulkas.
