Air, 4 cangkir
Olive oil, 2 sendok makan
Bawang bombay, 1 buah, dicincang halus
Bawang putih, 3 siung, diiris tipis
Lada jalapeno, 1 buah, diiris tipis
Cumin bubuk, 1 sendok teh
Garam, 1/2 sendok teh
Tabasco saus, 1 sendok makan
Petunjuk:
Mexican Black Beans:
- Rebus biji-bijian hitam dalam air selama 1-2 jam hingga empuk.
- Tuang minyak sayur ke dalam panci yang dipanaskan.
