Langkah Pembuatan:

Berikut adalah tahapan pembuatan Thai Green Curry Paste:

  1. Panaskan minyak kelapa di dalam wajan dengan api sedang.
  2. Masukkan serai, daun jeruk, bawang putih, jahe, dan cabai hijau. Goreng hingga wangi selama sekitar 5 menit.
  3. Tambahkan ketumbar, jintan, dan lada hitam. Aduk rata dan goreng selama 3 menit lagi.
  4. Tambahkan air jeruk limau, kunyit bubuk, dan garam. Aduk rata dan masak selama 2 menit.
  5. Matikan api dan biarkan campuran mendingin selama beberapa menit.
  6. Setelah campuran dingin, blender campuran hingga halus.
  7. Simpan Thai Green Curry Paste di dalam wadah yang bersih dan kedap udara. Campuran dapat disimpan dalam lemari es selama 1 bulan.

  3. Masukkan ayam atau daging sapi. Masak hingga berubah warna.
  4. Tambahkan santan, gula merah, dan ikan teri yang sudah dihaluskan. Aduk rata.
  5. Tambahkan wortel, labu siam, paprika merah, dan bunga kol. Aduk rata.
  6. Tambahkan garam secukupnya.
  7. Biarkan campuran ini mendidih dan semua bahan matang sempurna.
  8. Sajikan Thai Green Curry dengan nasi hangat.
