- Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam panci besar di atas api sedang. Tumis bawang bombai, bawang putih, dan cabai merah sampai harum.
- Tambahkan adas manis, jintan, bubuk cabe, kumin, paprika, garam, dan merica ke dalam panci. Aduk-aduk sampai tercampur rata.
