4. Tambahkan bubuk cabai, jintan, dan paprika. Aduk rata.
5. Tambahkan garam dan merica sesuai selera.
6. Biarkan mendidih selama 30-40 menit atau sampai ubi jalar benar-benar empuk.
7. Setelah itu, tuangkan sup ke dalam blender dan haluskan sampai lembut.
8. Kembalikan sup ke dalam panci dan panaskan lagi di atas api kecil selama kurang lebih 10-15 menit.
9. Sekarang, sup ubi jalar hitam siap disajikan.
