Serai ukuran mungil dua batang
Jeruk nipis sebanyak dua buah
Jahe ukuran besar sebanyak dua ruas jari
Bawang putih yang sudah dicincang sebanyak satu siung
Bawang merah yang sudah dicincang sebanyak dua siung
Cabai merah sebanyak dua buah dan cabai hijau sebanyak tiga buah
Daun basil sebanyak tiga lembar
Santan kental secukupnya
Cara Membuat Green Curry
Pertama-tama, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai kecium aromanya. Lalu, masukkan pasta Green Curry Mae Ploy sekitar satu hingga dua sendok makan, setelah itu tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk-aduk.
Selanjutnya, masukkan jahe dan serai. Kemudian masukkan daging ayam atau sapi, kacang polong, dan buah terung. Tambahkan air secukupnya hingga suwiran daging meresap dan terlihat empuk.
Tunggu hingga kuahnya menyusut, lalu tambahkan daun basil. Jangan lupa, tambahkan santan kental secukupnya agar rasanya semakin nikmat dan gurih.
Setelah itu, tambahkan jeruk nipis untuk memberi aroma segar pada green curry. Aduk hingga bumbu meresap dan menyatu dengan semua bahan.
